Harut and his team are a godsend! They fixed our heating unit and made sure our AC unit works. No other technician that came could fix it, but they figured it out. Family owned business, these guys are like the Gordon Ramsey of Air conditioning! They can come off strong but it's only because they passionately care and do only the finest work. They fixed our vent that was deemed unrepairable by a trusted friend who works for the clippers maintenance team. They educated us on what the problem was and how to maintain AC. I can't say enough good things about the tech who came to our house. Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and our 2 year old son is a transplant patient with tons of medical supplies that would be ruined in the heat. The Tech squeezed us into his busy schedule and then refused to give up on our ancient system until he got it working again. To be honest, if I had been in his shoes I would have just said it needs to be replaced. But he knew that replacement would take a few days and so he worked tirelessly to figure out a way to make this thing work again. For reference, he said it's the oldest AC system he's ever seen in all his years on the job. Yikes! Thank you for caring about our situation and putting in so much hard work for us. We're so lucky our property management chose your company!
